Statements

A statement adds up a month: each account's opening and closing credit, what came in (payouts, purchases, adjustments) and what calls spent. The dashboard's Statements page shows it and downloads it as CSV.

Errors

A 429 or 503 answer carries Retry-After: wait that many seconds, then send the same request again.
